What could be any better than a good ole fashion Cajun seafood boil? Taking all of those great spices and ingredients and baking them in the convenience of your own kitchen!  Substituting cauliflower florets for potatoes makes this truly a healthier version but allows you to enjoy all of those rich flavors whenever you want!

Kelly N. Brewster has been a Nurse for 33 years, including 17 years as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in Covington, Louisiana.  In addition, she specializes in the management of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Metabolic Conditions as well as Obesity Medicine.  Kelly has utilized her training and education, along with her distinct ability to teach in relatable terms, to help numerous women successfully manage their metabolic and weight conditions. Her passion is to live each and everyday for the Lord, and to enjoy the fruit of His many blessings.

When asked what influenced her decision to write What's Eating You?, her answer was quite simple.  "I realized I became an emotional eater after experiencing a significant life-altering event, and I had to take control of the Emotional Monster wreaking havoc in my life. Through that journey, I was able to develop the PREP for it steps, to work through the emotional triggers and finally make food a function. The steps bring the reader through a journey to take control of their overall wellness and weight loss and THAT is what made writing What's Eating You? worth it!
